Pre-Application Consultation and Technical Assistance (TA)

Before submitting an application, entities that are interested in CCE Capital Expansion funding must submit a request for a pre-application consultation survey. The survey will ask for basic information about your organization and its project plans, including organizational experience and possible community concerns, and should not take more than 30 minutes to complete.  

Once you’ve submitted the survey, a program assistant from Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP), will contact you to schedule a pre-application consultation. AHP is a consulting and research firm focused on improving health and human services systems, and is serving as the CCE administrative entity. Your pre-application consultation will be a conversation with one or more of AHP’s technical assistance specialists and financial and real estate development experts. Together, you will explore your proposed project and your understanding of the funding requirements, including facility eligibility, project budget and match, and licensing. You are encouraged to invite other members of your team to join you for the call.
